Warrior PATHH has been a transformative experience for me, offering the tools and mindset I needed to address the challenges I’ve faced from my military service and beyond. As a military retiree who previously navigated high-tempo environments, I was often focused on mission success, deadlines, and the well-being of my team. Over time, this constant drive left little room for self-reflection, and I struggled to find balance in my personal and professional life.
Before PATHH, I often felt burdened by the weight of leadership and life in general, unsure if I had the capacity to sustain the pressure. My internal critic was relentless, always pushing me to perform at a higher level without ever acknowledging its toll on my mental well-being. At PATHH, I was introduced to a community of veterans and first responders who had faced similar struggles. The program didn’t just provide coping mechanisms—it allowed me to tap into posttraumatic growth, using the adversities I’d faced as a springboard for personal development.
Since completing the program, I’ve noticed significant changes in engaging with my family and colleagues. I’ve developed a greater sense of self-compassion and the ability to embrace vulnerability as a leader and as a civilian. This shift has allowed me to be more authentic and build deeper connections with my team and family, which has proven invaluable in my professional and personal life.
Warrior PATHH helped me turn a corner by addressing the scars of past experiences and giving me a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
